IDEATION & CONCEPT
The design journey commenced with a thorough UX audit and usability testing, uncovering critical challenges. Evolving from low-fidelity to high-fidelity frames, we fine-tuned the interface with user-centric elements. Iterative refinements, guided by user feedback, optimized both visuals and usability. RESULT
Achieved a 30% increase in average session duration, indicating improved user interaction and engagement.
